Founder & CEO

Ngwing serves as the current CEO of Laeteon Wealth Management Services Ltd. She co-founded Laeteon  in 2009 to provide personalised financial and investment management services to individuals as well as to support entrepreneurs and corporates achieve success in their businesses.


She is passionate about helping clients obtain quantifiable impactful wins on their financial journey. She has over 20 years of professional experience working with businesses in various sectors including: FMCG, retail, logistics, agriculture, mining, technology, financial services, development, insurance, NGO, Christian Ministry and education.


Ngwing is a champion of the African continent and all its potential. She believes that Africa has the natural and intellectual resources to achieve greatness. She is therefore intentional about supporting African businesses grow and create opportunities for communities.


As a Commonwealth Scholar, she completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA/ID) from the University of York, UK with a concentration in International Development. She holds a Diploma in Project Management from Ashworth College, USA and a dual Bachelor’s degree with honors, in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, USA. She is a Certified Insurance Professional of Kenya.
